Here’s the amazing way the Spirit works among us!

I was taking an art class this winter and it turns out that the wonderful woman at the easel next to mine is the volunteer Clinical Director of La Clinica Guadalupana.  How wonderful to meet her, learn more about this amazing ministry, and be able to share about it on the radio (Spirit FM) as well as here. In terms of effective giving – every $1 donated provides about $19 worth of medical care to needy persons.  All medical personnel and staff – but for one – are volunteers.  Of course, the clinic relies on donations of time, talent and money.  Talent doesn’t just mean the physicians and nurses who give of their time; it means upkeep, clerical, and all the tasks that keep a medical clinic running safely and effectively.
